906-002 Type 901; no. 906 151     Porsche KG => Michel Weber, D (10.5.1966) => Harro Schneider, D => Friedhelm Tang, D => Lara Resende, BR 904 chassis/body with 6 cylinder. Now (2000) probably in Brasil.
906-003       Porsche KG {destroyed} 904 chassis with a spyder body (Kangaroo). Destroyed in its debut at Nürburgring 1000 kms 1965.
906-004 Type 771; no. 906 013 1965   Porsche KG => Charlie Kolb, USA (16.11.1965) => Mickie Simms, USA => R. Finger, USA => Jo Pendergast, USA => Bill Bradley, GB => ?, USA 904 chassis with a spyder body (Kangaroo) with 8 cylinder. It is now (2000) still in the US nice restored.
906-005   1965   Porsche KG {destroyed} 904 chassis/body with 6 cylinder. Destroyed during crash tests.
906-006   1965   Porsche KG => Vasek Polak, USA => J. Haynes, USA => Jack Will, USA => Kevin Jeannette, USA 904 chassis/body with 6 cylinder.
906-007   1965   Porsche KG => Alain Hamilton, AUS (27.10.1965) => Jim Abbath, AUS (1966) => Mario Bingen, AUS (1967) => Pat Burck, USA => Bill Bradley, GB (1999) => ?, D (2001) 904 chassis with a spyder body (Kangaroo) wit 8 cylinder engine. Fitted with Ford Cobra engine while owned by Bingen and called Cobra-Bingen.
Sold to Alan Hamilton in Australia who had at the same time a new 906 chassis and body so he gave this chassis the number 906 007 but he sold the other chassis to his friend in Australia Mr. Burck. Now (2000) the car is restored nice like before and in the US but there is a 3rd car with this number. It's a 906 chassis with a spyder bodywork and was long time owned by Teddy Yip from Hong Kong this car was for sale by late 2000.
906-007   1966   Alain Hamilton => Richard Wong, SINGAPORE => Teddy Yip, MACAO => David Clark, GB (2001) => F. K., D (2002~2004) Original 906 coupe. Later rebuilt as 906 Spyder.
906-008   1965   Porsche KG {destroyed} 904 chassis with a spyder body (like 007) and 8 cylinder engine. This car was destroyed while driven by Tony Fischhaber in Cesana-Sestriere 1965.
906-009 Type 771 1965   Porsche KG {destroyed} 904 chassis with a spyder body (like 007) and 8 cylinder engine. The car had an accident in Bergbreis Schauinslandwith while driven by Herbert Müller and was totally destroyed.
906-010 Type 771; no. 771 13 1965   Porsche KG => Porsche Museum The first tubframe car with the Lotus Suspension (Registration S-VW 787). Factory still has this car (in 2000).
906-011 Type 901 1965   Porsche KG => ? => Jeff Lewis, USA => Dean Meiling, USA 904 chassis/body with 6 cylinder. 2nd place at Mont Ventoux 1965.
906-012 Type 901 1965   Porsche KG => George Drolsom, USA (5.5.1966) => Robert Manschot, USA => Vern Convert, USA => David A. Evans, USA (9.7.1990) => Phillip Ma, HK (2001~2004) 904 chassis with 6 cylinder engine. Still at Drolsom (2000).
906-016   1965/11/28   Porsche KG => Wolfgang Bock, I (1967/5/12) => Pierre de Siebenthal,CH (1975) => Jean-Jaques Perrin, CH (1993) => Michel Yves Dunant, CH (1995) => "Tidi Schneller", D (2003~2005) Original 906 chassis and body. Registration: S-XE 37. Used as Testcar. Crashed heavily by Bonomelli and damaged car sold do de Siebenthal. Still not repaired it was sold to Perin who started the rebuilt but still unfinished he sold it to Dunant. Restored in original condition under "Tidi Schneller" ownership.
906-017       Porsche KG   Original 906 chassis and body. Registration: S-XE 38. Used as T- car at Targa Florio 1966.

Chassis 013, 014 and 015 weren't built.


Two cars with chassis number 906-007 legally exist today.
